I agree .. and not just because of the political unrest with the elections. …though the election results will influence PNG’s future resource decisions

I know that it’s unpopular to look back to the gold rather than forward with management’s new lanthanein direction but past decisions and deals can be a predictor of future « deals ». This is from the binding sheet agreement:

“If Lole does not successfully complete either its planned listing on a stock exchange (including the ASX) or the sale of its securities to another listed company, then the transaction will not proceed.The Company and Lole will negotiate the terms of a definitive agreements (sic) to replace the Binding Terms Sheet however the Binding Terms Sheet remains binding on the parties pending such definitive documentation. »
