seems simple to me - run through the historic announcements of LNR - absolutely no investment presentations and minimal information about who we are or what we are doing. Unless you knew the story, you wouldn't know who the hell LNR are!
Now we have a generalised preso, a market that seems to be looking for bargains and an up and coming drill program that should validate a monumental increase in the EV of the company. All very positive. 2.1c is pittance on where we should be.
This all just begs the question of why raise at 1.4c?!
