He has called this to an absolute tee since the 0.003 CR debacle, and he knows what he is talking about.
Some homework for you over the weekend @BlackSteel, go and research 88e over the past 7 years, I really believe LNR is headed in that direction, and now since Sam pointed out INYATI CAPITAL were involved over at 88e, my sneaky suspicion about the comparison between LNR and 88e from a corporate point of view has been confirmed in my mind.
