why not do some homework on:
1. typical broker commission
2. why options need to be issued with consideration
Once you're done we'll see that the only 'iffy' issues are WHO is doing the raising (related party) and PRICE.
Given the first raising at 0.3c is the barometer (ridiculously low at that) but done now, i don't see 0.45c for $2.2m as being an problem.
Best remember - no raise = no exploration. no exploration = director lifestyle company only = dead in the water.
Best get over it.
