I am starting to see a familiar pattern now between LNR and 88e ?
88e as you correctly pointed out use INYATI CAPITAL as Co manager to their placements, 88e just recently issued
3.7 BILLION shares (see below) without shareholder approval as was under the 15% rule (ASX listing rule 7.1 )
88e have been issuing mountains of shares for many years now and 88e would have close to
30 BILLION shares on issue if not more, i do hope LNR do not follow, but given LNR need $10m to fund exploration at Lady Grey to earn a 50% stake, and the fact both use INTATI CAPITAL for their placements, i will be keeping a close watch on future share issues to see if the familiar trend may continue?
