    Will never get to that stage and in fact, unless NME can stump up to fund the JV then I expect there will be zero expenditure in the future, thereby leaving NME dead in the water.
    Court proceedings still underway so best to see what that outcome brings.
    BTW.....at what price are you willing to pay to support an NME Rights Issue?
