Interesting. I hope we will see the court decision in this week and I am not sure why MCT wanted this announcement at this point of time.
My undestanding was that if the decision from the court is going to be favorable for MCT then we can wait and announce lapse TO later or we dint even need to.
If count is at NME's side then I can understand the timing. However if that is the case then it sounds like MCT will focus on Lithium project and not going to proceed Kookynie Project further?
Lithium is another assest for MCT for sure but Kookynie is still the main assest and project for us (amd it should be!!!) and we've been investing millions of dollars over years..
Just do one project correctly at one time. We know that MCT is not capable of doing multiple projects at the same time!!!
