Agnico could now buy all S2R for 2/3rds of the 90 million they committed on expenditure of Blocks 1, 2 and 3...
Comes with a exploration licence and all the hard work done....
And they get Koonenberry and Glenlogan thrown in for good measure...
Strip out these 2 and take Southern Star and they get it for half the committed expenditure..
There would be a premium but that would only bring it back up to the trading price it was before the CR.....
This company needs to market itself a bit better IMO - Take a leaf out of DEV book (recent announcement) still only an explorer and still after the ultra high grade that would make this mine once again commercial and maybe in the hot U market but still no where near creating income revenue
and mkt cap 145 million.. otherwise our next CR will be 0.05c and dilution through the roof...
Gap partially closed so should fill (0.125c)
