I looked briefly at MM8's PFS and it does not look bad. Also, many of the deeper holes show even better grades meaning there will be lot more to discover and extend the LOM significantly.
If ALK really takes a stake in this one and decides to chase m&a, it may not be a bad move - this is high level view. I'll look at MM8 in more detail over the weekend.
