I think they’ll only sell if both assets are taken or the whole company is taken. I doubt they’d sell just Tomingley.
I’d wager IG is looking for an exit so selling the farm to take a big cash injection and paying out a very hefty special dividend must look very appealing to him.
If someone wants to take the whole lot, even better for him.
