yes, if IG is stuck for cash IG will do what suits IG and rest of the BoDs will do what suits IG and not what is best for all shareholders.
but does IG really want to sell? If there are is no interest to land JV for NMPP then probably yes - assuming IG does need cash.
I hope this is not the case but I can't say your speculation is not probable.
