Its not so much that its delayed that bit is understandable, its the breathtaking arrogance to not update shareholders or answer any email or phone call.
Might have to work on getting a replacement in and organising a vote to get rid as this type of garbage shouldnt be tolerated.
Thats what happens when you exec director of more than one company, the ASX should ensure that becomes a rule one exec position only.
