I personally think that a consolidation is well and truly on the cards, a CR at say an even 1c has little chance of getting anything big in, but a consolidation at 20/1 then a CR at 15c will. I know the old MC still the same story but it is the mindset behind it. Correct though, consolidation is never a good thing for retail and generally it’s only the Sophs and institutions raising that do any good out of it. I for one will never participate in any form of raise…..just being going into management wages and lifestyle, my biggest holding but is not likely to make me rich like I once believed would be the case. AND it would be a massive tick of approval to dump all of the JV’s as there does not seem to be any future with them based on crappy results to date, outside chance we could get decent coin from Rio JV but only if Rio wants it….at the moment they do not have much interest in going forward.
