conoco - $3b to develop and 2025 first production... bit different to 88e..different balance sheet!!
A stranded asset it will be..that's even if it is a asset...workover rigs cant flow test here in Alaska...no-one will want to deal with a project this remote...no one!
and no Praying...just because someone can make a profit..it will be done...thats not correct....numerous commodity projects worldwide stranded due to upfront capital costs....
