BSF, they don't need to repatriate anything yet. Why bring money out of country that is needed for exploration? Down the track they will want to, but for now they can use it in country to progress the drilling. My understanding is they do not need gazetting to use the funds for this purpose. Yes, they do need gazetting to bring funds home, but my understanding is they have ticked these boxes and are just awaiting the wheels of government to rubber stamp that one.
Don't expect much funds to flow back to Aus when it can be utilised in country to prove up more shareholder value.
