Anyone checked out the SEG announcement???

Highest grade lithium and tantalum drill intersections at Malinda Project including:
 GASRC0016: 2m @ 1.71% Li2O from 118m including 1m @ 2.01% Li2O from 119m;
 GASRC0011: 4m @ 1.42% Li2O from 0m including 1m @ 2.00% Li2O from 1m;
 GASRC0009: 2m @ 1.49% Li2O from 106m and 7m @ 122ppm Ta2O5 from 101m; and
 GASRC0007: 23m @ 0.98% Li2O from 0m including 5m @ 1.35% Li2O from 0m and 3m @ 1.22% Li2O from 20m.

Pretty decent grades here lads. And very, very early days. This is the first phase drill program. So you don't expect to hit the big one on these results. Still, the grades are extremely encouraging for a first pass drill program. If the thickness of those grades were higher, SEG could be up 20-50% as I'm writing this post.

Now there's a few things to consider here:
1) SEG drilling right next door to PM1 - no one knows where the Li sweet spot is yet. It could be in PM1's acreage. Who knows?
2) SEG is drilling its second phase drill program in November to find the sweet spot. Imagine who will benefit if it taps the mother lode? PM1 of course, being the next door neighbour.
3) SEGs results are very shallow, which shows the potential of an open pit mine. Now very early days.
4) SEG is focused on generating an initial resource and building a geological model.

Also worth noting that PM1 is a Mn stock. The Li potential is an added bonus. The real share price kick should come from the high-grade Mn results, which we know exist. There's lots of geological information to interpret to chase and drill the best sections and zones for high-grade Mn. Anyway, these prices are an absolute bargain with what SEG is producing next door. It's not the big one yet. But SEG is hitting decent pegmatite grades already and its just started drilling. Its high-grade product could be burried at depth, like most deposits.

Exiting times ahead for PM1 shareholders at these dirt-cheap prices. Absolute no-brainer prices going for the taking. SEG just mentioned the key word in, spodumene - battery grade lithium.
