Evening Mate---Agenda is truth, facts, and transparency. Cant recall any high quality company disclosing MOUs like ones previously referenced. Retail investors are potentially being taken advantage of and misled. Perhaps MOU and LOI disclosure would be ok if there were clear disclaimers in the release before the actual text from the company(ies) clearly stating that MOUs and LOIs are not formal agreements and do not indicate revenues, profits, cash flow, etc.
The more important agenda question to ask why do management teams feel compelled to disclose MOUs and LOIs rather than waiting to disclose an actual agreement.
It appears the reason management teams put these out in efforts to goose up the share price to raise capital.
