Quirkus - to hazard a guess at why Speckman doesn't sell - why sell when all it does is crystalise a massive loss? The damage has already been done may as well ride it out and see if all these promises eventually turn into something.
As for overnight success - it has been roughly 3650 nights and the SP is roughly half where we started, management can't be completely absolved of that fundamental problem.
I will give management credit for one thing - they seem pretty good at getting the NT govt to pay for things.
