At I time when the rest have been sleeping 88E management have quietly been positioning themselves to become a major interest on the whole of the North Slope. When these all line up the prize will be too irrisitable for the big players with deep pockets to pass up. Nothing the BOD has done to date has indicated anything less then full concentration on that goal.
