thats a small amount to pay in order to get a potential 144mmbo.. which could then be worth 3+bucks per barrel..
Does look like they may be in a position to have the odd discovered conventional hundred or so mmbo by easter 2019 (when considering all drill prospects for early 2019)..
which based on success case, they could then flog off completely or partially, in order to properly finance a hrz drillout etc
