    I have seen the exact same "follow the money" quotes hundreds of times and thats what a pump and dump aims to achieve. I'm not saying this is a pump and dump but just because the money flows into a company doesn't mean it is the real deal.
    ESR and CHK just to name 2 in the last four years and there has literally been hundreds
    WA1 was an example of follow the money that turned out well but 99/100 times they don't
