their tenement in Rae is Nunavut territory, yes. And it is on the calving ground, yes. there were total 9 diamond drill hole. Not on WCN’s current tenement but near by, see the drill holes below. And every single one of them came out dusters. and yes they spent millions before their project got paused, as you can see on the article I posted, their permit was issued without public hearing and local governments and NIRB came out to oppose the decision that allowed their drilling program. So drilled 9 and gave up. Guess they gave up quick because every hole was dusters anyway? I wouldn’t know. did you check the full terms of revised permit? Seasonal restrictions and equipment restrictions? honestly I haven’t been looking into this deep enough, any infos welcome.
