There are always regular cap raises in junior mining stocks. If you invest in the space you need to accept this. Positive announcements often land before a cap raise. But what do you expect? They raise when their share price is in the toilet?
If you can't handle cap raise risk then simply invest when the company has raised money again and don't day trade the stock.
I don't expect CBE will have any problem raising from institutional investors.
