Li wont be hot for decades, it'll end up with an oversupply, history repeats, but will be hot for a while.
No sellers? correct but no buyers either and it'll be hard to convince buying with the unrelenting fires and long hot summer. I'm expecting a notification of extension for the dd as no way they would have been able to do anything apart from sipping latte in their office.
