Yup, this is a good one and what I also like the most this hasn't just been sitting there for 50 years and gone through multiple hands who keep flipping it to the next person. From what it says this didnt exist 15 days ago. Its new. It isnt a retread, it could be a giant no one knew was there. Its a testament to the knowledge of the team to know right place, right people, right time (and this is a very cautious org so this would have been a flashing green light)
And the terms are good that we can literally walk away if the results are not encouraging with zero costs given the increment on the MC already.
