The vendor is probably the govt on this one and they knew they need to flip it to someone who is prepared to take a position on it and then slowly develop the proof points of the asset. Still a lot unproven.
If they go and do rock chips on those structures and they show grade (and it is very likely they will) this will be significant.
Best thing is being surrounded by billion dollar orgs they will have interest next door if it shows grade.
