Some deposits are hit with the first hole (Luni is one, Winu another) but these are, as mentioned above, the throw of the dart. 15Moz of Au at Hemlo (Ontario) took multiple goes from various companies and some 70 holes.
While the market marked the SP down after the initial up tick there is still a lot of potential at Crean and elsewhere for both companies. Look back in 6 months when assays come from the settled dust.

1200m between Sections b and C
1400m between ENR holes 7 and 8 The grades in L001 are probably weaker than EAL007. Not probably they are for Niobium but not TREO.
No guarantee the follow up will be any better but IMO a good start.
