I think I understand - As with all announcements from this company, the words are so ambiguous that it could mean anything. Dont confuse hydroxide (a premium product) and carbonate. In addition, contract and spot lithium carbonate prices are very different stories, whilst long term carbonate price is forecast at $10,000/t (Roskill) although this may be revised.
I dont know anyone doing studies based on $16,300/t. I have seen quite a few at $10,000.
