there is a scoping study which was released during 2013, it need to be updated with more accuracy, Dato Sia is the best person to lead this work with expert knowledge in alluvial rare earth and IAC REE, it is such easy process to separate alluvial rare earth with potentially lowest capex and operation cost which can generate early cash flow to further support develop Pocos project's exploration or acquire much more potential opportunities in Brazil or other IAC REE?
