    I'm inclined to agree with you but I would say it will hang out at 1.5c IMO.
    I think long term investors are waiting for the next announcement which IMO has stifled the potential for this announcement to really drive the SP up.
    It's nice to know there is more news coming but I think it will continue to be a focus of the day traders for another week then they will move on.
