It sure explains why the director & KMP converted their 42.5m Options for $637,500 at 1.5c

You have to go to page 3 of the acquisition announcement on 15th Jan to find this little paragraph in bold

So we have widespread Uranium in Canada, from surface, which has had previous work done on it that's grade is SO HIGH that the directors need to verify the grades themselves

and ...

2 weeks later the Directors & Key Management Personal convert 42.5m Options when the share price is at the same price as the strike...

One doesn't need to be Einstein to figure out whats potentially going on here!!

I'm sitting back now & waiting for that next announcement of ridiculously high Uranium grades in Canada!!

Goes to show, I doubt many read those acquisition announcements thoroughly, I know I didn't!
