Don't forget the 45 million unlisted options at 1.5c expiring 31 January as well.
Dan Smith (one of the directors) owns 20 million of these. Exercise of the full 45 million will bring $675k in. Expecting to see the exercise notice within the next week which will see his holding increase to 40.5 million shares + a further 9 million in listed options still to be exercised.
