Off topic but I do find it interesting that there has been not one word from China about this trade deal
I know this may be hard for people to comprehend but Trumps behaviour in terms of tweeting in advance would have sent shockwaves through China leadership.. this is exactly the activity that seemingly so insignificant could actually cause the Chinese to turn around and walk away
It is about face saving and Trump has taken Chinas ability to claim victory away now.. Only words coming out of China are that they are very unhappy about Trump's support of Hong Kong uprising
I don't think a deal has been done yet and it is down to US to delay tarriffs but China may simply not accept USA demands and if not, does that mean that Trump's tweet was an attempt to deflect attention away from both his impeachment and the elevated jobless numbers ?
