As papachango correctly pointed out, monitoring is already compulsory. So the 'stick' approach is already in place. I'm just suggesting that with advancements in technology, the standard/ bar should be raised to compulsory 'real time' time monitoring.
As per my initial post on this subject, I stated that PEH should 'indirectly' push for this change through various influential groups so PEH won't be directly alienating their customers at all. It will be the Environmental groups, unions etc that will hopefully push for this change once they learn about the existence of this new technology and its merits.
Then it will really be a win/ win scenario for all... Higher profits for PEH, cleaner environment, cost savings for companies (if what PEH is saying about cost savings for companies that adopt envirosuite is true), safe work environment for workers and positive image for regulatory bodies.
