    Massive buy in opportunity here for a company arguably not far away from positive cash flows and as we have seen, albeit from low absolute levels, very quickly growing revenues. Its cashed up and odds are will make it to self sustaining cash flows (if it keeps costs down) and quietly and slowly becomes the prominent cranial implant provider of choice....
