If the reshuffle of the board was to "infiltrate" a suitor then now would be the time to launch the t/o attempt before the share holders turn their mind set from current selling to buying / holding. If there was an orchestrated move then they have to come up with it asap to get it for 20-30c over the line. Once the 4Cs show CF+ I hardly doubt that 30c would motivate major and minor holders to sell that low.
Time will tell.
