675K base salary
500K to sign on - deal plus share rights equivalent to 620K.
487.5K to 812K short term incentives. - higher end solely at discretion of board.
975K (Up to) long term incentives.
If terminated (redundancy) in first 12 months, 6 months pay.
A/A but within 24 months, 3 months pay.
