Bridget Carter reported in The Australian that Zip will be exiting the US. If that were true then LD’s sale of shares would be insider trading. The same rules would apply even if he cut ties with Zip.
Bridget Carter is the financial equivalent of a gossip columnist. She started the takeover rumour last year and announced Zip was dead when it hit .35 cents. Pay no attention to her.
