10 years jail for Larry selling his shares? Far out, that is tough! As for convincing a jury - what is the charge? I would suspect that Larry's plans have been in motion and flagged to the board over a long period of time, in which case he would have been excluded from strategic board meetings. Anyway, IMO ZIP would be well served by escaping from the superheated US market before it implodes. I'd be a bit more strategic than ZIP has been in the past.
