I’m sorry this is not an over reaction. There is consistent behaviour of over promising and under delivering whilst pushing for ridiculous performance bonuses.
Yes there is risks in microcaps and always will be.
There is more leaks than a sieve in this company and the dumping of shares is a sign people and funds are over this management.
the communications that come out comes across as always someone else’s fault. Own up to the mistakes and put your head on the chopping board.
