But they haven't got their act together. It's not about just 2 disappointing announcements - it's a series of disappointing announcements - over promise under deliver is that not simply a mild way of saying they lied?

Meanwhile during those years they have gotten paid, had cr's, asked for performance shares that for some reason has been approved, whilst the value of one's shareholdings have sky rocketed to $4.67 - as if. LOL indeed.

The issuance of performance bonus shares is preposterous for such dismal performance. So much for helium demand/shortages and rocket ships. Demand is there, shortages are still happening and as for those BNL rocket ships, they have Houston issues.

Communication?? Still recall many asking, almost begging for announcements and when they finally release one, it's effect on sp is devastatingly downward - particularly the last two. People believed only to be let down by management. Market reaction is indicative of many deciding they had enough.

If another cr is announced under this management, dilution may not be so much as a worry as actually raising funds which then is bye bye BNL. As for more issuance of performance shares - will they dare to ask for such and if so will it still pass a majority??

Despite all the above there are those who bag me for my 'superfluous' non substance comments. Must be due to such wonderful management with their imminent helium sales and such wonderful on market share pricing.

Too much to lose by selling, so either something good will come out in the next 4 years or those violins will play another sad tune as another Titanic totally sinks with another 'would be, could be' but didn't.
