The company is simply mining as per the mining plan. Also, without have a background in mining, as I understand it they have to dredge the tailings in a certain manner to ensure the best efficiency and access etc.

I would highly recommend you contact the company for a much more accurate response. Like any mine, grade is not 100% consistent, so while I understand your frustration that PGI did not make the market more aware of the lower grade to be processed at the start of this year, the average grade for the project looks to be still achievable, so its all about life of mine.

btw - your b) has actually been achieved, as why else were MacBank willing to refinance the loan plus remove the equity requirement.

as for c) I think BJ has shown an extreme amount of skill in bringing CAMIF and others onboard, otherwise PGI might not be listed right now.

Very much understand your need to vent and respect your thoughts even if they differ a bit from mine.
