    Of course if we don't do that then we go back to the original agreement with CAMIF:

    Issue 73m shares at 8c each.

    So let me think: issue 40m options which will lapse in December 2018 unless PGI receive $6m from CAMIF or issue 73m shares now and receive nothing,

    Hmmmm ...
