If they could do this then this could create a potential crisis. THEY CANT.
. What the Company may or may not like to do is not relevant .
In my opinion maq bank would not allow any proceeds from any capital raising to payout
an unsecured creditor (shareholder loans). before they are paid out.
I believe these shareholder loans will probably be rolled over for another 12-24 mths on similar terms.
