If the company raises the funds it needs, the Sp will take a jump, as it will with the expected announcement that we have found someone who can finish our lasers properly ..... in my experience takeovers generally take quite a few months to get over the line in order to get the numbers on board, once the big holders have shown their cards, so i think things look healthy for holders if a takeover was announced. Also there would be staff that hold a considerable number of shares and i cant see them moving quickly if they think we are moving into the winners circle
