The Law of diminishing returns. the lower the issue price the more shares needed the lower it pushes the sp down. For years they have employed "Experts in the field" of this and that technology, all to ne avail. Now we get a mixed message of the chips dont work but it is a 3rd party in the production. Always been good at producing great graphics in comunicating. Now they want more to cover the cockup that it took to get the new facility. Going to need some straight tAlking and great vraphics to pull this out of the shit.
