Sorry to hear about your personal turmoil,Grasshopper, whether genuine or deep rooted personality traits.
Just a couple of questions.
1) Why do you want to join a board that you vehemently despise? (please refer to your derogatory comments on every board member)
P.S. Please don't mention passion & love or your concern for a company that you have no vested interest in or your wish to help your brother whom you have very low opinion of.
2) Will this result in infighting ,disruption& disharmony?
3) do you think your effort to join the board will be successful or you will be welcomed with open arms after these remarks on a public forum?
4) are you trying to solicit votes on HC for a forthcomimg resolution (perhaps initiated by your parents who may have a soft spot for you) to force your appointment as a director?
You don't have to answer,if you are not so inclined.
