Perhaps the M&A is a signal that organic growth is slowing.
I think their approach with an initial 40% is quite cautious. Management have skin in the game, i am sure they aren't going to bet the company on a deal.
I just don't know who the future buyers of LBL stock are. Sub $100m MC and illiquid. Small cap fundies won't be lining up.
