In their last investor presentation their was a mention of looking into local acquisitions, so it has been on their radar for a while. My reason for investing is based on a variety of metrics starting with the chart. The trend is overall heading higher. Add to that the year on year positive NPT. The willingness to reduce the debt. Also the handy dividend - which im reinvesting via the DRP - that is also increasing. Has good management. Plus its a boring company. Funny as that sounds - some of the best companies I have invested in have been boring. Nothing fancy. They know what they are doing and do it well.
