Perhaps we need more punch and derring do at Board level.
I suspect we may have squandered some of our advantage to competitors.
Let’s get onto the front foot.
as to products v service, I too expected more of product/technology. Covid seemed to stuff us up and we never regained momentum.
We are at a crucial crossroad. Maybe it’s USA or bust/stagger along.
